HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Housekeeping for our luxury villas for rent in Goa, is available once a day between 10 am and 5 pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to conserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request, with a maximum of once every 3 nights.

MEALS
Our pricing does not include meals. However, we can assist in arranging a cook/chef for you, whom you'll pay directly for their services (groceries on actuals and a cooking charge depending on your requirements). Please inform us in advance so we can ensure availability during your stay.

House Rules:
Valid ID is required at check-in. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises; no visitors permitted Loud music not allowed beyond 10PM. Parties are not allowed. Security deposit of INR 10,000 (short stay) or INR 20,000 (long stay) required at check-in. Damages or missing items will be deducted from the deposit Drugs are strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only on balconies/outdoor areas. A INR 10,000 cleaning fee will be charged for indoor smoking. Please provide accurate details about guests staying at the time of booking and in the check-in form (number of people, composition of the group and valid photo ID) as we would not be able to give access to guests who are not part of the reservation.             Pet Policies and rules: Security Deposit: An additional INR 10,000/- security deposit per pet will be charged for any damages. Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed per villa. Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in the pool or off-leash in common areas. Pet Essentials: Please bring your pet’s bedding and toys to ensure their comfort. Outdoor Play: Pets are welcome in the lawns, but please wash their paws and fur before bringing them back indoors. Cleaning: You’re responsible for cleaning up after your pet and disposing of waste properly. Supervision: Always supervise your pet outdoors, especially after dark, as there may be wildlife or other hazards.

Important Information:
Minimum age of the primary guest must be at least 18 years. As per government regulations, it is mandatory for all the guests to carry a valid photo identity card and address proof at the time of check-in (PAN cards are not accepted). We would not be able to proceed with the check-in without these documents and would consider the booking as “no show” (no refund possible). The per night tariff does not include charges for services such as airport transfers, restaurant reservations, extra bed, extra linen/towels etc.  We offer generous monthly discounts for long stays. For monthly bookings, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, WIFI, tata sky, water, laundry of linen & towels)

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy applicable on Standard Dates: 0-7 Days Before Check-In: No refund or credit note issued 8-15 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 70% credit note 16-30 Days Before Check-In: 80% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 100% credit note Beyond 30 Days Before Check-In: Full refund (subject to a processing fee) Note: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds and refunds will take up to 15 working days.  Cancellation Policy applicable on Peak Dates bookings: (This policy covers any booking which contains at least 1 peak day from the peak dates list given at the end) 0-30 Days Before Check-In: No refunds or credit notes issued. Credit Note Terms:  1. The credit note must be used to Stay within 6 months from the date of cancellation of the original booking 2.
