Pets

At Rent Remote, we are pet-friendly and gladly welcome our guests' furry friends during their stays. However, we have certain guidelines and a pet fee in place to ensure the preservation of our homes' delicate luxury furniture and linens. In accordance with our "Good Neighbor Policy," we kindly request that pets be kept on a leash when outdoors to prioritize their safety and that of our neighbors. Additionally, please remember to clean up after your pets. It is strictly prohibited to allow pets on beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, Tesla vehicles, or spa facilities. Pets should not be left unattended unless they are properly crated. As a pet owner, you will be held responsible for any damage caused, and the charges will be applied to your registered payment method. If you wish to bring your pet along, a pet fee of 150€ per pet will be added to your check-out bill. This fee compensates the cleaner for the additional work required after a pet's stay. Please note that this fee does not cover damages resulting from violations of our pet policy.

Security

To ensure the safety of our guests, there is a ring camera installed on the exterior of the main entrance of each Rent Remote apartment. Please note that there are no cameras inside the Rent Remote apartments.

Law enforcement

By making a booking, you agree that if law enforcement, fire, or security personnel need to visit the Rent Remote home during your stay, both the authorities and Rent Remote have the right to request you and any accompanying individuals to vacate the property immediately, without providing any credits or refunds.

Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of 31 nights is required for all Rent Remote homes. However, if there is a gap between existing bookings, we do accept reservations for 1 or 2 nights. In such cases, you can easily make the booking through the app's automatic process.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, and check-out should be completed by 11:00 am. To ensure sufficient time for thorough cleaning of the home according to Rent Remote standards before the arrival of the next guest, we regretfully cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, our Concierge team is more than happy to assist you in finding engaging activities or recommending delightful dining options to help you make the most of your time. Children

Most Rent Remote locations are suitable for children and we warmly welcome them. However, please note that some homes may have safety considerations for small children. By making a booking, you agree to carefully review the "children safety" and "before you book" sections and ensure that you do not leave your children unattended during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

If your check-in date is more than 14 days away, you have the flexibility to reschedule your stay or receive Rent Remote credits equal to the full value of your trip. These credits can be used for any future stay at any Rent Remote property. However, if your check-in date is less than 14 days away, rescheduling your trip is no longer an option. In such cases, we will relist your dates and attempt to rebook them. If we are successful in rebooking the property, you will receive Rent Remote credits for the dates that have been rebooked. Alternatively, if you have a colleague or friend who can utilize your reserved dates, you can sell or gift them. Please inform our Concierge team of the recipient's name and email address. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and understand that Rent Remote does not offer refunds but provides credits under the specified conditions.

Discounts and Promotions

Discounts and promotions can only be applied during the check-out process within the Rent Remote ecosystem. They cannot be applied retroactively to past stays or bookings that have already been confirmed. Promotions are not applicable to trips that were previously canceled and then rebooked for the same dates. Furthermore, promotions cannot be converted into credits or cash.

Credits Policy

Our properties are often located in inspiring and off-the-beaten-path destinations, including high cliffs or steep drives. We take pride in equipping our homes with the latest smart home technology. However, we understand that not everyone may share the same level of enthusiasm or comfort with these functionalities as we do. Therefore, we strongly recommend carefully reading our policies and thoroughly reviewing the description of each property before making a booking. Damage and Disclaimers

Upon arrival, if you notice any damage, please notify our Concierge team via text at +33 1 23 45 67 89 on the day of your arrival. During your stay, you are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, furniture, or equipment. The well-being of you and your party, including the supervision of children, is solely your responsibility. You acknowledge that all activities undertaken during your stay are at your own risk and agree to comply with local laws, such as staying away from risky areas and practicing safe activities.

Flames

The use of open flames, including candles, is strictly prohibited, with the exception of birthday candles on a cake or fires in designated fire pits or fireplaces provided by Rent Remote.

Age

To make a booking at Rent Remote, the minimum age requirement is 18 years old.

Events

If you plan to host an event or engage in professional projects during your stay, we kindly request that you confirm these arrangements with our Concierge team in advance.
